1. How does this "mall" work?
Searcystore.com is just like a brick and mortar mall… but online. It is a centralized location for Searcy merchants and vendors to sell their goods online. Each store handles their own transactions and merchandise.
2. Will I have a login / account for each shop?
No, you will create one account that will work with all the shops.
3. Do you store my credit card number?
No. All credit card processing is handled by a secure payment gateway. No financial data is stored on the searcystore.com server.
4. How are returns and refunds handled?
All returns and refunds are handled by the individual vendors. Searcystore.com does not process any transactions or handle any merchandise. Please contact the shop owner where you purchased your goods for refunds or exchange. Make sure you check each shop's policies page, as different stores will have different policies.
5. How can I start my own searcystore.com store to sell goods?
Click the "Start a Store" button on the top mall navigation bar and use the contact form on the page.
6. Do I have to have Paypal account to buy?
No. Paypal is just one of the payment gateways that vendors can use. It works just like any credit card processor. You don't have to be a Paypal member to use it.
7. When will my order ship?
Each shop has their own shipping policy and schedule. Please check with each vendor for their shipping policies.
8. If I want to order from multiple shops, do I have to pay shipping and process my credit card more than once?
Yes. Each store handles their own payment processing and shipping. Think of it like a brick and mortar mall, where you walk from shop to shop, buying from each one at a time.
9. I do not remember my username and/or password, what should I do?
If you cannot remember your password, you can use the “forgotten password” function to have it sent to you. In the customer login box there is a link with the text, “Forgotten password?” Click this and you will be taken to a page where you can recover your password. Just enter your username and your password will be sent to the e-mail address you set up in your account when you created it.
10. How do I edit my account information?
After you log in to the mall, the login box contents will be replaced with three links: My Profile, My Orders, and Logout. Click on “My Profile” to edit your personal and shipping information.
11. How do I create an account?
To create an account, just shop as normal. When you checkout, you will be given the option of logging in or creating a new account.
12. How can I contact customer service?
Customer service is handled by each individual store. The Searcy.com Online Mall does not handle any customer service. Each member’s store operates independently, so they each handle their own customer service. To contact a store, click the “Contact This Store” link on the navigation bar under the store’s logo/banner.
